Iberian saddles may not be too common in Scotland in the moment but they are very popular for hacking and schooling abroad in the last years. They support a correct dressage seat and are extremely comfy to sit in.

For the horse the extra big panels are fantastic as they spread the rider's weight better than any kind of English saddle.
